Shipping policy

Shipping handled via USPS & UPS. We have flat fee shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Transit time is determined by the shipping service selected at checkout, and typically ranges between 1 and 3 business days. If package is lost, damaged or stolen and you have Route insurance you can file a claim at https://claims.route.com/. If there is an error by customer or return, customer is responsible for shipping and restocking fee ($5-$10 depending on item and quantity).
